Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is to implement non-formal education in all of our activities. Non-formal education describes organized learning outside the formal education system. While formal education is often prescriptive and regulated, non-formal education leaves the student with the choice of how to learn and when to apply it.

Our activities activate youth through work, play, and practice and empower them to make connections and learn new skills that are long-term, comprehensive, and last a lifetime.
